Multiple users updating the same ticket simultaneously for Custome Aap

Hi All;

The Existing script "simultaneous Update alert" is not working for custome app.

We have four custome app created in SN. It is not giving any alert when more then one user updating same ticket during same time. The script "simultaneous update alert" works only in Global scope app.

Is there any script or steps to validate this in Applicatio Scope. We are in Fujji Version.

Thank you for your question. I know this isn't going to make you feel any better in your current situation, but I have to mention it anyway... it's all built in the platform in a feature called Connect starting in Geneva. You can tell who else is viewing the record and if they make changes, an indicator is placed next the field they changed - in real time!

Fuji is over a year old. You may want to consider upgrading soon to Geneva (released Dec '15) or Helsinki (May 16).
