Looking for some help to create a pivot report.
I am trying to create a pivot report that shows actual effort. I am able to do that but I need the report to show the total hours spent on the project as well as the average hours spent across all projects. Here is my current report. The last row shows the sum of time worked on each project but I need it to average the hours of all project types. Is there any settings I can change to accommodate this?
I tried switching the aggregation to average however that averages out the time logged to each project phase and gives a false number. As you can see below PRJ0010921 goes from 27hours to 9hours because its an average of time spent in each phase.
