We have a mandate to implement TBM into our ServiceNow instance that is already stood up and being used. I have searched for any documentation or help sites but have not found anything related to this type of integration. We have to use TBM with all of its categories, types, towers, etc... as a mandate so we cannot deviate.
Is there any future plans or help to integrate?

Andrew, thanks for the reply. So you are saying that if we need to implement it would make sense to wait until we are in the New York release correct? One more bit of information is that we are on the self hosted version of ServiceNow. I am not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Hi Will,
Yes, it appears to make sense to upgrade first, we are going to upgrade to NY first, then deploy TBM. We are also an on-prem installation.
We had built a scoped app to handle it, but with the new feature in NY, the scoped app is now obsolete (we never deployed it)

Andrew, thanks for the insight. It would be great if I could talk to you and your team for a few minutes at some point with one of our SN SMEs to get a bit more intel on your setup. It sounds like you have went down the road we are going down a while ago. The ServiceNow framework along with the TBM taxonomy/framework does not natively synch in the box. We have been thinking of many different ways to "Back Into" the framework, but this Taxonomy nodes option in New York sounds like it may be our answer.
