As Scott is saying, I think you need to somehow consult / educate your customer/client, as this is customer specific information and come up with your best guess of advice
Size in cost of delivery/implementation
Size in cost of operation
Size in time of delivery
Size in value to the business
Size in users impacted
You need to have a few matrices for your customer.

Hi Shaik
T-shirt size is just a rough indicator of the expected size of the work required to fulfill the demand.
It's not detailed estimate, or story pointing. It's indicative to allow demand teams to understand what they are approving.

Scott,
Rough indicator in the sense on what basis ?
Based on the cost or based on the lenght of the demand time ?
Because i see based on the selected size the score is also changing

Hi Shaik
As Stig mentioned you tend to define by org what your sizes indicate.
For example a Org that predominately does software development might have sizes as follows:
small = day
medium = week
large = month
so you basically have a rough indicator of the demand impact on the service.
the reason it's open to interpretation is that there are many differences between business' and what is ok for 1 is not ok for another.
The key is that you are evaluating the demand based on defined criteria
Regards

There is no definition from ServiceNow, it is up to the companies to use their own definition, as a "complexity type" of the demand.
From docs:
T-Shirt size | Size of the demand.
Before using T-Shirt size as an indicator of demand size, consider creating and publishing definitions for each option, outside the application. This process ensures that the values are interpreted correctly and consistently across the organization or department. |
