new project workspace not showing "new" and "manage" in related lists

Hello community,

new project workspace not showing "new" and "manage" in related lists. we have a requirements as a related list on the project, when i open the project in classic view new button is visible on the related list, however, when we open the same project in the new project workspace, "New" ui action is not visible, likewise manage button on the other related lists for project. I checked the Acl the user having admin and he has enough permission to create requirement.

can anyone help me on this please.
