New To SPM - Searching for comprehensive process guides

Dear ServiceNow Community,

 

I have worked as a consultant in ServiceNow from Madrid to Tokyo. Many things have changed in the interface and learning experience, and there are many resources that I used to access as an employee of a partner company that I can no longer find. 

 

Now, as a certified PMP and CCMP with a background in ITSM and IRM, I want to delve into the world of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). My goal is to see how I can support my colleagues in delivery management with their projects, programs, and portfolios by learning the suite inside out and obtaining my certification. However, it feels like I have just rejoined the ServiceNow world, and everything seems new. 

 

Could you please guide me to the process guides for all applications in the suite? Are there comprehensive materials available for users who are not affiliated with a partner company? I plan to pursue certification without formal training since it is currently too expensive for me. 

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
