Not able to edit Title of a submitted idea

I created a user with idea_manager role. But this user is not able to edit the title of a submitted idea. As per the Docs- Manage ideas users with idea_manager role can edit the title of the submitted and also delete it. But I see that title is read-only for idea manager. Also not able to delete it as idea-manager. I am not able to find out what I am missing.

Hope you are doing well.

You can edit the fields of submitted idea as an idea manager. 

Please try selecting either the Edit / Open in Platform option to edit the idea.

Hi @Namita Mishra I have tried this as an idea manager.

1. Firstly, I cannot see the Edit button. Please refer the screenshot.

2. Secondly after clicking on Open in Platform, the title is read only.

Hi @deepagg ,

In this case, I would suggest you to check once with pps_admin in your organization.

Maybe some configuration is playing a trick here otherwise user with idea_manager

1. should get 'Edit' option along with 'Open in platform'

2. should be able to update the idea fields including the title.
