@Dhiren Aghera  - Am very sure you know about this , however just sending if this can be any help

Activate the Performance Analytics – Content Pack – PPM Standard plugin (com.snc.pa.pmo_dashboards).

Activation of com.snc.pa.pmo_dashboards plugin also activates the following plugins:
  • PPM Standard (com.snc.financial_planning_pmo)
  • Performance Analytics – Content Pack – Project Portfolio Suite Dashboards (com.snc.pps_dashboards)
Access the PMO dashboard using either of the following navigation links:
  • Project > Portfolios > Portfolio Dashboard.
  • Project > Programs > Program Dashboard.
  • Self-Service > Dashboards. Search for PMO Dashboard using the search field.
    • Time Sheets > Time Sheet Portal > Time Sheet Dashboard.

You can refer more details at below docs :

PMO Dashboard : https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-business-management/page/use/dashboards/application-cont...

Timesheet Dashboard : https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-business-management/page/use/dashboards/application-cont...

From Madrid version both protfolio and program dashboard was replaced by PMO dashboard

Hi @Captain Gaming ,

Here you go: Doc Link

Please note that starting Xanadu release, "User manager" dashboard has been renamed to "Analytics User manager".

Hope this helps and if it does please mark the response as Correct Answer.

Happy SPM Learning !

Hi @Namita Mishra  ,
Thank you for your response. Analytics user manager dashboard is based on time cards, in that it is taking on week starts on. The "Week Starts on" setting causes an issue when a week spans two months. For example , if the week starts on March 30 and ends on April 4, Selecting Last month that means march still includes approved hours from april because they fall within the same week.
Is there a setting or filter in the dashboard to restrict or limit the "Total Approved Hours" to only the selected month(March 1-31)?
Ex: If the week starts on March 30 and ends on april 5, selecting last month should count only March 30 & 31 hours and exclude april hours.

Thank you so much @Rajesh_Singh and yes some what I had an idea but not completely.

So if we install PPM standard plug-in wont the above dashboard's and report be available or do we need to activate the Performance Analytics – Content Pack – PPM Standard plugin for above dashboards and reports.

I am just looking at standard dashboards and reports without any PA in it. Do we have any?

You dont need PA. Just activate PPM Standard Plugin and activate data collector jobs that is enough. No other configurations required.

Thanks @Rajesh_Singh for the clarification. So guess its only one PMO Dashboard available OOTB that can be used by different personas. Apart from these we do have other workbenches like scenario planning, demand workbench, financial and resources.
