Permissions for Capacity Planning

Hello, I am trying to configure Capacity Planning in the Strategic Planning Workspace. What permissions do I need to be granted to have permission to access to capacity planning? I am viewing this message in the portfolio plan that I have created.

This one seems the most obvious one -> sn_align_ws.spw_capacity_user

As a super user, might worth trying this one as well: sn_align_core.apw_admin which contains the one above and a few others to access all features from SPW
