Planning Console print button/menu option

Hello all,

 

We currently operate the Tokyo version of ServiceNow and observed the new planning console UI does not have print button/menu option. Any idea on how to activate this functionality?

Hi @AL_432 ,

Unfortunately, Print button has been depreciated from San Diego, if you want to use the old version then 

Navigate to UI pages and revert the UI page back to old version : $pmview

You Cannot use the new and old versions together.

If you are using the new UI then once reverted back to old version, you may be able to use Print button but not the new features of new UI.

Thanks Sandeep, I am hoping the Vancouver Release will have new features that will allow printing and sharing button option.
