Planning tab is blank for some users in the Modern project workspace

Hi All,

 

We see that some of the users are getting blank page when they tried opening the "Planning" tab of the Modern project workspace . We did check the roles , but seems like they have all the necessary roles required.

How can we fix the issue?

Hi @phr  I've just had the same issue after updating the Project Workspace plugin (update to v5.2.3 which included an update to the sn_gantt plugin to v24.2.0), and I found a solution here:

In short: delete the "pm_project_workspace_columns" User Preferences records for affected user accounts.

At the very least, make sure the plugin for the project workspace is fully up to date.  That solves issues like that sometimes.

The issue occurred after the plugin was updated.

 

In that case I also try to be sure related plugins are updated.  I know the planning tab has the resource grid at the bottom, so try updating resource management, or look for any other ppm or project-related plugins that need updating (even the spm export to powerpoint and things like that - you never know).
