Planning tab is blank for some users in the Modern project workspace

Hi All,

 

We see that some of the users are getting blank page when they tried opening the "Planning" tab of the Modern project workspace . We did check the roles , but seems like they have all the necessary roles required.

How can we fix the issue?

Hi @phr  I've just had the same issue after updating the Project Workspace plugin (update to v5.2.3 which included an update to the sn_gantt plugin to v24.2.0), and I found a solution here:

In short: delete the "pm_project_workspace_columns" User Preferences records for affected user accounts.

Steps:

  1. Open User Preferences table (sys_user_preference.list) (( singular not plural ))
  2. filter for the specific user within the User column
  3. locate "pm_project_workspace_columns" and delete the entry.
