Hi All,
We see that some of the users are getting blank page when they tried opening the "Planning" tab of the Modern project workspace . We did check the roles , but seems like they have all the necessary roles required.
How can we fix the issue?

Hi @phr I've just had the same issue after updating the Project Workspace plugin (update to v5.2.3 which included an update to the sn_gantt plugin to v24.2.0), and I found a solution here:

In short: delete the "pm_project_workspace_columns" User Preferences records for affected user accounts.

Steps:
- Open User Preferences table (sys_user_preference.list) (( singular not plural ))
- filter for the specific user within the User column
- locate "pm_project_workspace_columns" and delete the entry.
Was anything missed? Corrections welcomed.
