Project form financial actual cost value is not showing up on project workspace in financial widget

Can you help me I am not seeing actual cost on project workspace actual and why.

Hello @shrutij,

If your actual costs aren’t appearing in the Project Workspace, there are two things to check:

1. Expense lines tied to a Cost Plan
   If your expense lines are associated with an cost plan, check if actual cost values are populated on that cost plan. If the actuals aren’t filled in there, they won’t roll up into the workspace.

2. New Project Workspace reads from the Investments table
   The actuals widgets in the new Project Workspace pull data from the Investments table (sn_invst_pln_invst_investment). Verify that your project has an entry in this table and that the Actual cost field on that investment record contains the expected values.

Once both fields are populated, the actual costs should display correctly.
