Project Workspace - Unable to load menu

Hello,

We experience after opening the Project in the Project Workspace, the L2 menu is not displayed and the below message is present: Unable to load menu, Please navigate to project from home page.

Anyone experienced the same /could advise what to do in order to have the menu loaded correctly?

This happens for example when user clicks from the demand record on a link to get redirected to a project.

Hope you are doing well.

I think you can uninstall the plugin, log out and login. Again install the plugin. If the issue persist then please log a support case.
