Question on ITBM Planner Licenses

Is there any place one can get insight into what the Partial Access means?

Great question Robert. I have been seeking this same answer. I am making some assumptions here, but have yet to find any real documentation on this.

More specifically, which system roles apply to which license? If I knew that, I can look at the system to see the capabilities.

a recent client just bought licenses for ITBM and they have 3x more planner licenses that workers. This seemed backward to me but I wasn't involved in the discussions with the sales team to understand why this quantity was purchased.

I received an overview what is called "ServiceNow Licensing Guide for IT Business Management" from the ITBM practice lead, so it's deffinately there. I suggest to reach out to your client director to get more insight on this. 

I've provided feedback to the ServiceNow guys that their licensing in this area is not particular easy to understand....:)
