"Paste Formatting option" TinyMCE html for a specifc field - powerpaste plugin.

As per the KB Article - KB0661805 We have the UI properties to enable /disable the "Paste Formatting option" for all the HTML type fields. 

Is there any possibilities to enable the "Paste Formatting option" specifically for a particular field.

No. It's a global setting. Either you can or you can't, so it's up to the person handing you this requirement to decide which way to go.
