Hi.
I can not see the "Start Sprint/Complete Sprint" button at the top right corner of the "Sprint Planning" tab in the Agile Board. Moreover, when I go to the "Sprint Tracking" tab I get a message saying "There is no current Sprint".
What prevents this button from showing up? Is there a role or state that needs to be activated?
Let me know. Thanks in advance.
Gustavo

Hi.
Just to add information to this question. I placed the question in another Forum Entry where the same problem happened and I got the right answer there (follow this link ).
Thanks to Enrique for the solution and to Alberto for the suggestion.

Hi Gustavo,
the user should have the role scrum_master for being able to see it.
Please check the official documentation below, it might help you to solve your issue:

Thanks Alberto for your fast answer.
I check my roles within ITBM and I have the scrum-master role assigned. Neverthelesss, I cannot see the button.
I've been checking the docs you refer me to but they are about Agile sAFE (which is my next step!) while I'm just working on Agile Development by the moment.
Any other suggestions? Thanks anyway.

I just tried in my personal instance (OOTB New York) and did the following:
- Assign user 'System Administrator' to the Group IT Support Engineering Team
- Create Sprint 'test' like in the first image below and press Submit (ensure I've added actual Planned stand and end dates)
- As you can see from the second image below, I'm able to see the Start Sprint command
Hope this can help you to fix your issue!
