Rate Lines created for Rate Model is not getting applied correctly on a Resource Plan for old demand

Rate Lines created for Rate Model is not getting applied correctly on a Resource Plan for old demands , but rate lines working correctly for new demands which are created after resource plan rate lines changes moved to production..What is the issue ?

Rate model lines apply when calculating the costs, i.e. when saving a resource plan update.

To update the rate model doesn't apply to existing data, this is not retroactive.
