Release task statuses what is their definitions?

Is there a list showing what the definitions are for the Release task statuses?

Looking to find out what each one means.

Hi Karen,

I'm looking at the rm_task.state field and see the standard task.state values.

By default Closed Complete, Close Incomplete, and Closed Skipped all set active to false.

Not to be pedantic, I was look at the State field, not Status. It appears you are also.

Yes, mind were reviewed right after activating the Release Management plugin w/demo data, so yes - OOB. It would appear someone in your organization or an implementation partner added values per your requirements. You may have to do some internal investigation to find out what those values mean. I would start with the release process owner - unless of course, that's you.

LOL,   yes I am the PO for the Release module, however it was customized before I took it over.

Thanks Chuck I will reach out to our internal ServiceNow developers first, if they do not know then we have a SNOW support team as well who should be able to provide.I was thinking maybe there was a standard definition list from ServiceNow.
