Hello,
how do you report on planned and actual costs? Are there e.g. some OOTB Reports or Dashboards?
Where do you store the actual costs?
Thanks a lot.

You can use "cost_plan_breakdown" table to generate a report. This table stores Actual Cost, Functional Cost, Variance along the other details.

Thank you very much.
Where do you store the actual costs? In Expense Lines?

Actual cost is calculated from "Processed" Expense Line. i.e the state of the Expense line needs to be "Processed".
All processed expense lines are rolled up to the Project Actual cost.

When the Expense Lines does not have a cost plan in it. There is automatically created a new cost plan by the system.
Is this new in San Diego. Do you know this?
Thanks a lot.
