Report on Project Tasks for Assignment groups

Hello,

I have a request from one of our team leaders to create a report for project tasks that have been assigned to his team, for a certain project. At the moment I can create a report that shows project tasks at the top level but how do I show tasks that have been assigned to his team several levels down?

So

Project->Task Level1->Task Level2->Create Server

Base your report on the project task table. The Number and Short description will show the project tasks at any level. The WBS field will show the heirarchy. If you want to include attributes from the project level, select the Top Project column and drill into those columns to find what you need (project number, name).  Your report filter will be Top Project.Number = PRJx

I understand you are asking for report to which @Brenda Colwill  has responded as well.

Just to ensure that team leader understands that this view for every project is present OOTB in planning console as well, in case he / she would like to have a look from the project itself.

Hi Namita,

That is good advice but sadly at the moment, we are using the old version of the planning console which means though we can choose columns to add we can't move columns around.
