Hello,
Does anyone happen to know if it is possible to create a report of all my projects and show their related risks, issues, decisions, actions in a single view. I am aware that there is the project status report portal but that only shows the RIDAC for individual projects. Our leadership team would like a more collective view of all the projects and RIDAC.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi
There are a few options to think about:
Utilise the PMO, Portfolio Manager or Program Manager Dashboard or creating a bespoke dashboard with interactive filters
If you have PA you could look at trend analysis
Program Status Report - would need to configure to include RIDAC Items
View RIDAC - you can access this via application navigator and shows list of RIDAC items and the flow
Thanks
Michelle

That would be a TON of information for one single view so I imagine your leadership would need it in a consumable format. I would recommend creating a dashboard, with interactive filters so they can filter it down.
Widgets (reports) on the dashboard could be the values you mentioned (e.g., risks, issues, decisions). You could filter each widget (report) as you see fit (e.g., active risks only).
Interactive filters could be project number, portfolio, business unit, etc. so they can filter
Please let me know if this is helpful and/or answers your question. Rae Ann

Thanks Rae Ann, I considered doing as you suggested but the only issue I see is if I want to track what the outcome was of an issue (the decision and action) for a project. Having them in separate widgets would not allow for me to follow that story and outcome in a single flow.

Sounds like you will need data from the ridac_m2m table as well to see the RIDAC entries. Getting the data isn't difficult, as
What I think is your challenge is getting it all into a consumable view for your leaders. Do you have a mock up of how it would look?
I'm going to assume your leaders are mostly interested in the important data. Say for instance, projects at risk, not all projects. Or risks that have a high impact but not as much those with a low impact.
Help us understand how you envision this being displayed and we could help further if needed.
Rae Ann
p.s. There is an Idea here that asks ServiceNow to create a "graphic" that would display the RIDAC flow within a project. If your organization would find value, please consider voting.
