Hello,
Does anyone happen to know if it is possible to create a report of all my projects and show their related risks, issues, decisions, actions in a single view. I am aware that there is the project status report portal but that only shows the RIDAC for individual projects. Our leadership team would like a more collective view of all the projects and RIDAC.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi
There are a few options to think about:
Utilise the PMO, Portfolio Manager or Program Manager Dashboard or creating a bespoke dashboard with interactive filters
If you have PA you could look at trend analysis
Program Status Report - would need to configure to include RIDAC Items
View RIDAC - you can access this via application navigator and shows list of RIDAC items and the flow
Thanks
Michelle

Thanks Rae Ann, I think that RIDAC flow idea is what they are really looking for. I will upvote that idea.

To get all those in one view, you will need to create a Database View that joins all those tables.

Hi Claudia,
Have you tried using the menu 'View RIDAC" which show list of all RIDAC entries for all the projects in one view.

The data should display on each project's weekly status report. That is probably the best way to view it.

You can try going to task table list- and report on Task Type - Risk , Action, etc etc etc
Then make sure the Parent.Short Description ( Project Name) is a column- then group by the column . Im pretty sure youll get every single Project Grouped and in the group the various RIDAC items. Im sure you can do it, and Management may not be able to consume this but its what they asked for...
