Reporting on Change Management within a Project

Is there an out of the box report or dashboard that shows all changes associated with a project? The "Changes" on the status report don't seem to show me change requests if they are either A) linked directly to the project or B) linked to a project task. I'd like to be able to easily report on how many changes we either have pending or have completed to get to our current state.

It seems that if you link a change request to the project that it'd show up on the "RIDAC" shown on the status report but i've generated many status reports and whether I link the change request to a project task or the main project itself that field has no data populated.

@jrico I could not see any specific reports/dashboards specific to Project Change Requests apart from a section being shown on the Project Status report. However its crucial to report on the overall CR's across the department or portfolio.  Have build a dashboard for our Department needs using the Request Change [project_change_request] table

It gives a view of total CRs by Business or Technology, current state of the CRs, cost and hour impact by the CRs.
