Request for Information on Pre-defined Metrics in ServiceNow Demo

Hello,

 

I have a query related to Metrics in ServiceNow.

 

Currently I am using demo004

There is a pre-defined metric "Assigned to Duration" existing in ServiceNow Demo version.

 

I would like to know why this metric is not calculating values of "Assigned To" when it is Empty (i.e no value in Assigned To field) initially. If the value is empty during the progress of Incident , then it is creating the metric for the same but why ServiceNow is not calculating/creating the metric for the 1st time when the value is empty.


Please guide me on this
