Are the user's Primary Resource Group and Primary Resource Role one and the same as the Resource Assignments Group and Role?

No — the user’s Primary Resource Group/Role is not the same as the Resource Assignment Group/Role.

• Primary = default values on the employee profile.

• Assignment = specific to a task/project.
