Resource Capacity showing as 0

Hi Team,
Resource capacity of a user showing 0 in the time period of 1st July 2023 to 31st July 2024.
Please help me out.

Hi @Reena Kumari1 ,
Hope you are doing well.
From your post, it looks as if for all other time periods the capacity is shown correct and the issue is only with July 1, 2023 - July 31, 2024.
If this is the case, please try below steps:
1. Login as resource manager
2. Access that user's record and click on the related link 'Update resource capacity'
3. Then select the dates and click ok (as shown in below screenshot)
Hopefully this should resolve the issue.
