Resource Finder is not working and spinning long time for some resource plans.

Hi All,
Resource Finder in Allocation workbench is spinning long time and not giving any data for some resource plans and but giving the result for other resource plans which are for same group. i checked and compared both resource plans which is showing and not showing via resource finder.
But unable to find the reasons for not loading with few resource plans.
It will be very helpful to fix the issue if you share the information or reasons for resource plan not loading the data for some resource plans via resource finder.

I would recommend to open a support case for this as it needs root cause analysis in the system. ServiceNow Support team should be able to help.

Hi All,
I have found few of the below steps which may help you to solve the issue.
1. Check the planned start date and end date of tasks(project and demand) associated to resource plans fall between the given chosen dates.
2. Check the resource plan groups are having 'pps_resource' role which is only be shown up in the Resource Finder.
3. Any recent changes in Resource Management Properties related to resource finder.
4. Any access related issue for user who is facing the issue.
5. If the above steps result is good but still issue is persist then we can open support case as Namita mentioned above.
This is just the updates whatever found from other sources. I will keep you posted the solution once I found.
