We have a combination of waterfall and agile teams and would like to manage the resource forecasting for the entire pool of resources. Is there a way to do end to end resource management (planning and actuals) based on the stories and points agile teams manage. If the teams already manage their capacity by assigning points to stories in iterations, could this be automatically matched to "time sheets", and if the teams manage their capacity per sprint could this automatically match back to available capacity in the resource planner?
