Resource Plan and Resource Management Workspace

I been struggled to enable 'Resource plan' toggle button on 'New Project Workspace' for several days, and thanks to this post (https://www.servicenow.com/community/itsm-forum/resource-plan-toggle-in-project-workspace-resource-a...)

, finally I managed to get the button in the Workspace.

But as you can see from the screenshot, I only can get that for the project what I created even if I am 'System Administrator'

I feel like there is some privilege issue in my instance what doesn't give me 'Resource Manager' role to 'System Administrator'. Strange thing on this, I can access all resource related menus from classic project menu or resource workbench but not from new 'Workspaces' either 'Project Workspace' nor 'Resource Management Workspace'

Similarly, I only can see my own created Resource Plan from 'Resource Management Workspace' not the whole list.

I did removed and reinstalled 'Resource Management Workspace' (not Resource Management plugin) and still having same issue.

Please advise.

Hi, I have also observed, that I can toogle the Resource Plan on the Workspace only if the project does not already have any resource plan created, otherwise it is greyed out.  Is this working as designed?

Noticed that after exploring other projects and as you mentioned that toggle button disabled when a resource plan as been created from old project management or Resource workbench.

But still I need to get all resource plan from all projects from Resource Management Wokspace.

Hi,

As per design,

- If you already have a resource plan created on a project, Resource Plan toggle button will be disabled.  

- This will only be enabled on those projects which do not have a resource plan.

- In the latest Washington release, there is an UI action (Migrate Resource Plans) on projects/demands which can be used to migrate resource plans to resource assignments. Once that's done, resource plan toggle should be enabled automatically for such projects

Does anyone can help me with the 'Resource Management Workspace' why it only shows me the plan what I created not all resource plans similar with 'Resource Workbench'?
