Restrict Members or Groups in CWM

Hi All,

Can we restrict groups or members in CWM? I want to show only users or groups having sn_cwm.cwm_user role only

Hi @pramodkumar ,

By default OOTB behavior , the role for CWM access is sn_cwm.cwm_user. To restrict who can use CWM, you should only assign this role to the groups or individual users who require it.

Hi Pramod,

At the moment, we have kept it open to all. This can be customized with in UI builder to add additional query to include only cwm users. Also we will add to roadmap to make it configurable by admin.
Please let us know if you need specific details to customize this.

Thanks @Sunil B N  one other question -  we can mention a user in DOCS, can we restrict users here as well from UI Builder?
