I am trying to follow the instructions in the ServiceNow docs on how to Add a RIDAC record to a project in Project Workspace and I do not see the Planning menu that it refers to nor do I see the ability to select RIDAC. Not sure what I am doing wrong but has anyone else been able to add a RIDAC record in Project Workspace?

Hi @aritha ,
The capability to add RIDAC from New project Workspace is made available via Project Workspace v3.0.0. This version was released in November 2022 as a store release.
Another point is that it__project_manager role is required for this action.
Can you please check if you have the correct version and if the logged-in user has the it_project_manager role.
Please feel free to mark the response as correct / helpful in case it is useful.
Thank You!!

Hi @Namita Mishra ,
This is my own development environment and I have release 2.1.0 installed. It does not appear I can download the newest release to my dev environment.
