RIDAC page not fetching the data after Project Workspace upgrade

Hello Experts,
After upgrading the Project Workspace plugin to version 3.0.0 we have noticed that RIDAC page is unable to fetch any data in Project Workspace. It takes forever to see any RIDAC entries. Does anyone else is facing this issue? Is there are work around for it?

Hi,
The version you are using was released in Nov 2022. I would advise you to try the latest one 5.0.1 which is compatible with Washington DC and Vancouver Patch 7.
In case you are on Utah Patch 7, latest supported version is 4.2.0.

We have seen this too but without finding root cause just how to alleviate it. If a user has customized their RIDAC columns i found there is a user preference that gets created. By either changing the name of the user preference - say add a 1 to the end or removing it which would set arrangements of columns on ridac back to default, the RIDAC will load now. So I think for sure the user preference is the cause and it may not be built properly or maybe even is so long ( the actual body of the user property is very lengthy) it may not fit in the max length and thus maybe incomplete. So i outline how to alleviate it but not how to allow the user pref to work... also the Version is the latest i beleive 5.0.1 and has also had plugin repair done, neither of which fix this. Affected users are the ones that customized ridac form

what is the name of the preference? I could find it but I deleted all of my RIDACs for the project, then went into the Ridac page in the Project Workspace and reset the column view to default. Then it worked fine.
