Hello,
Our Project Manager's want to be able to see a full list of RIDAC in one click, not clicking through each tab on the Project.
I know once you convert them, they will show under RIDAC entries, but this means you will never see Risks. I've tried going from the Task table and viewing Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Request Changes all in one, but Risks is not an option from this table so still does not work.
Has anyone else had this issue, or have any suggestions on ways round this?
Many thanks,
Kiera

Hi @Kiera Mears ,
Good news for your project managers. Please share RIDAC option of New Project Workspace.
They can view all the RIDAC items of a project in one UI. In fact they can also group by on the column of their choice.
In the below screenshot, I have grouped by Type.
Note that you can view the risk and also the issue converted from that risk.
Please mark this as a correct answer to help other community members in searching the answer quickly.
Thanks,

Agreed, the Risk table State and Priority fields are still blank even though there is info there. This is also happening in the Decision table State field. Has there been a fix for this yet?

It seems that there's a 10 row limit for each of the RIDAC items such as Risks when exporting to PowerPoint. Can this limit be extended?

Hi @Namita6,
Do you know why the Risk table was not extended from "task" just like the others? It feels like it would've been more convenient to have everything extended from the same table.
Many thanks,
Teodor

Hi @Teodor Neacsu ,
Thanks for raising this point.
IMHO, it is logical to not extend the risk from the Task table. This is because risk behave very differently from work items such as demand, project, action item, issues, action items etc...
As you see, risk is something that has a potential to occur but not yet occurred - in a way it is NOT an actionable task. Task table is for the records that represent the work to be performed. --- Whatever I have mentioned here is purely my thinking. There is no documentation behind this answer.
Happy SPM Learning!!
Thank You!

This RIDAC entries, all in one place is a really helpful.
But there is a issue we are constantly running into which is highlighted by other users as well in this thread.
"State and Priority fields are blank even so Risk records have them filled out"
In your screenshot as well the state fields for Risk is blank.
Is there a fix for it or a configuration for it ?
