Hi @gkumar4 . The answer is that the Idea Portal and the Time Card Portal will be available, but these are not Service Portals in the sense that the Employee Center is, and I get the impression these are not what you're looking for.
Strategic Portfolio Management is focused on enabling an organisation to invest wisely in itself. The people who use it - planners, PMO, project managers, demand managers, and the community of fulfillers who'll book their hours against the work they're doing - all have native access to the platform due to their role.
A portal, such as might be displayed to employees wanting to find their assigned tasks easily, request services or view knowledge, would most likely be delivered as part of an IT Services Management piece, or as part of a Human Resources engagement.
If, however, your intention is to enable suppliers, vendors or other external contacts to view, track or even fulfil parts of your Project Management lifecycle, then you need to be looking at the Customer Services Management product, which when used in conjunction with SPM has an additional plugin called 'Customer Projects' that may fit your use case.
Edit: I realise I forgot to answer your question about Virtual Agent: Again, this is a service that would typically be in an Employee Center, whether configured for IT or HR. There are powerful services available for SPM, such as the ability to create Demands from Virtual Agent narratives, and these are enhanced still further if you purchase NowAssist AI Support, but with only SPM roles active, your focus isn't primarily on an external interaction enabling tool.
