Dear all,
there is a need of integrating ServiceNow with ISBSG Development & Enhancement Repository, which is actualy a project management platform. i couldn't find any connector with this tool in application library thus i would like to ask for your support and any idea which will drive me through a clear solution on this topic.

It all depends on the requirements. What are you integrating? What is the source, what is the target, or is it bi-directional? What kind of data are you transferring? Is it just projects, or everything around it?
And maybe even more important: why integrating? What can ISBSG do that ServiceNow can't?

Hi Mark and thank you very much for your reply,
Actualy this is a tool used by public sector for monitoring their projects. Since we are still at RFP stage, they have notify us about this tool and eventhough we will implement SPM solution they want to place a connector for data transfer, project related data, in both directions. i don't see any value in keeping both tools since the core platform will be ServiceNow (they will have ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM and SecOps) but it is up to them.
Could you please advice on how i could execute the integration with this tool?
