Servicenow is throwing internal server error for the stats call when having huge no of records

Hi Team,

 

stats call to a servicenow instance is failing with internal server error and time limit exceeded error. Is there any time limit on servicenow side to give response.

The limit is set in the table Transaction Quota Rules where you can modify that:
