showing error when adding comment/reply on idea.

in idea portal when user with all access trying to comment or reply on idea getting an error message.

given roles below 

Please suggest what can be done to not show error.

This is something on custom script code for idea portal forms, you have to check all your code change/update. Its not related with roles.

I have inspected found the issue is with some script, could you help me where can i find this script.

Did you check, if you observe the same issue on Dev instance. 

try to impersonate the same user and check this.

The script in your screen shot belong to core portal, so less chance to get any thing there.
