Hello,
We are in the process of installing Agile 2.0 in our Dev environment in order to test the functionality, especially the relationship with Demand and also with a view to integrate with JIRA (most developers use this in our organisation). Does anyone have a simple 'User Guide' for Agile 2.0?
Grateful for any information.
Thanks
Daryl

Hi,
Agile 2.0 is a complex application, and a simple user guide may not be sufficient to cover all the functionalities and features. However, here are some basic steps to get started with Agile 2.0:
Install Agile 2.0: Follow the instructions provided in the Agile 2.0 installation guide to install the application in your Dev environment.
Configure Agile 2.0: After the installation, configure the application to work with your environment. This includes configuring the database, email notifications, LDAP, and other settings.
Set up Demand Management: Agile 2.0 integrates with Demand Management, which allows you to manage project requests and prioritize them based on business needs. Set up Demand Management by creating demand requests, assigning priorities, and tracking progress.
Create Projects: Agile 2.0 allows you to create projects and manage them through the entire project lifecycle. Create a project by defining the scope, objectives, and requirements.
Set up Sprints: Sprints are time-boxed iterations where the development team works on a set of tasks. Set up sprints by defining the sprint length, goals, and tasks.
Manage Backlog: Agile 2.0 allows you to manage the product backlog, which contains a list of all the work that needs to be done. Prioritize the backlog by assigning business value and effort estimates to each item.
Work on Tasks: Agile 2.0 allows you to create and manage tasks within a sprint. Assign tasks to team members and track progress using the agile board.
Integrate with JIRA: Agile 2.0 integrates with JIRA, allowing you to synchronize data between the two applications. Set up the integration by configuring the connection between Agile 2.0 and JIRA.
This is just a high-level overview of the steps involved in using Agile 2.0. For more detailed information on how to use Agile 2.0, refer to the Agile 2.0 user guide, which is available on the ServiceNow website. Additionally, you may also want to consider taking a training course or attending a workshop to learn more about the application.
Thanks,
Rahul Kumar

I cannot say my search for the Agile 2.0 installation guide has been exhaustive, but I can say I have made at least five searches in general public browsers and in ServiceNow documentation. I found tremendous amount of relevant information, sufficient for my immediate needs, but I could find material entitled "Agile 2.0 installation guide."
