SPM expense funding

Hi !

I want to allocate for axemple 1.33k euros of man-day charges including VAT to the "DxxxxxxxxxxxE" envelope (1), an amount that I do indeed have available in reserves (2).When I submit the financing, I then get the following two messages, including an error message (3), which prevents me from completing the operation.

message 1 : error  : "the funded opex amount exceeds the available opex amount" (screenshot 2)

Message 2: not error " funding allocated successfully.................................." (screenshot  2 )

Could you please give me some explanations, how to solve the issue if it's a real issue. 

I tried the same thing another time and I got one only message but différent. 

Message is "  Fund allocation to investments for the periods: failed due to insufficient funds. Re-plan the failed periods that are highlighted to allocate funds." (screenshot 3)
