SPM Key Metrics and KPI's

Hi Team

 

If any one can helo me some of the key metrics and KPIs that can be generated out of Demand , Project and User stories. Also I would like to know is there ay possibilities to get the data on how many demands got convereted into user stories or Epics.

We can't answer what is important for you. What is 'key' for one company can be absolutely unimportant for another.

Lead time, quality, numbers, velocity, breached end dates, etc. Anything can be important or nothing at all. You need to get the information internally: ask your key users what metrics they think are important and use the OOB ServiceNow dashboards and reports as base for what is already there. Is that enough? Your work is done. If not, you need to provide some others.

Records are linked together, so depending on your way of working (how do you create an epic from a demand, because the epic can already exist, right?) you can check on the relations between the records.

This is an old post and I believe you might have got answer to your question by now...

While I agree with Mark's statement that one has to identify what metrics are key for his company, I also would like to share the common metrics (by no means it is complete list) in this post.
