SPM: Reporting the Checklist feature in the Project Task record (simplified request)

Hi team, if I create a Checklist in the Task record, am I able to report it? ie. I want to create a report that shows if the checklist item 1 is TRUE

 

I have had a hunt in the Task table but can't find a checklist field/s. I have superuser access not Admin. Any help appreciated
