Start Project tasks on custom state

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement that I need to start my project tasks on a custom state called "Not started", I noticed that when I apply a project template, the tasks and the project goes to Pending state, is there anyway to change this behaviour?
I tried changing the attribute on the dictionary override, but it didn't change. if I set the attributes "default_pending_state=" and "pending_states=" the task would be created in a different state, is there anywhere I can change this configuration?

You can create choices for your custom table.

It will not affect your parent table.
