Hi @Mary ,

Uninstalling the PPM Standard plugin (snc.financial_planning_pmo) is generally not required to view resource assignments (sn_plng_att_core_resource_assignment) on the Washington release.

Here's a breakdown:

  • PPM Standard Plugin (snc.financial_planning_pmo): This plugin focuses on financial planning functionalities within Project Portfolio Management (PPM). It likely doesn't directly affect your ability to see resource assignments.
  • Resource Assignments (sn_plng_att_core_resource_assignment): This table stores information about resources assigned to project tasks. You should be able to access this table regardless of the PPM Standard plugin.

Troubleshooting Missing System Property:

If you're unable to find a specific system property related to resource assignments, here are some steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Permission Check: Verify that your user role has the necessary permissions to view system properties. Admin or PPM admin roles might be required.

  2. Search Location: System properties can be located in different areas depending on your ServiceNow version. Try searching in:

    • System Definition > Plugins > All Plugins (search for "snc.financial_planning_pmo")
    • System Properties (general search bar)

Additional Considerations:

  • Washington Release Specificity: The system property you're looking for might be specific to a different ServiceNow release. Check the documentation for your specific Washington release version.
  • Customization: The property might have been hidden or customized by your organization's ServiceNow instance.

Recommendations:

  • Consult ServiceNow Documentation: Refer to the ServiceNow documentation for your specific release to understand resource assignment functionalities and any relevant system properties.
  • Check with Admin: If you're unsure about permissions or customizations, reach out to your ServiceNow administrator for clarification.

Please let me know if this helps! You can mark this answer as "Correct" if it resolves your issue, and "Helpful" if you find it valuable.

Thanks,
