Hello,
we are about to merge two teamspaces and unify the SPM process across the company.
Question is what would be the best practice, go with one of the teamspaces and merge other into it or go to parent core tables and basically re-implement.
I heard a rumour that it is possible that teamspaces will be decomissioned in the future, if that is true, maybe it will be better to go to core tables.
Anyone has experience either with teamspace merge itself or has information about the future of teamspace concept?

Hi,
I am a Product Manager for SPM. I can confirm that there are no plans to decomission teamspaces in the near future but we also don't plan on enhancing the teamspaces functionality. The ideal approach would be to go back to the base tables as it would allow you to be compatible with the upcoming enhancements in SPM. Please feel to reach out to me for further queries.

@Jan Brani_ As a follow up to this, please review the v1 of the new direction called "Enterprise-wide Deployment". This is just the first version of this and more enhancements / capabilities will be launching within the next year.
*Kartik is leading that initiative
