How do you associate test results to change

We use test management to for creating and testing 

how test results are included in a change record before approval

Where are these ATF tests performed?

Is it in Prod or Sub Prod?

If it is Prod, you can create a m2m related list.

I don't think there's an OOB way for this to attach ATF tests to Change....

In the Testing section of change, you can associate ATF URLs as a proof.
