The HTML in the Idea form is not loading in PRD

Hello folks,

When I go to the Production Idea Portal, the HTML on the Description is not loading for me and others. If just displays this moving dots. 

 

This is not the situation when I click on the TEST and DEV Idea Portals, which displays the correct information.

I have the same situation exactly and I cannot find a reason for it. Edge works well though. I'll raise a support case with ServiceNow and post the results.

Support was unhelpful, but eventually I figured out it was a browser cache issue.

Selecting every single option to clear cache/temp files, etc in Chrome did it for me.
