Unable to create milestone for Project records

When I was browsing to explore functions in SPW I found that I can not create milestones for Projects only for Demands. Every project I opened have this specific warning info. How can I create milestone for projects ? Am I missing something in PPM side ?

Hi @sieusaopolo15,

To create a milestone in a project, add a new project task and set its duration to 0. This makes it a milestone. You can then link it with dependencies like any other task.

Hi @sieusaopolo15 ,

You are trying to create milestone on planning items.

Did you set up integration b/w project planning item and projects?

To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Portfolio Planning > Integration.
2. Open the active integration record.
3. In the Table Map related list, open the entry for pm_project.
4. Confirm that the Milestone table map field is populated (not empty).
