Unable to export to PowerPoint?

Hello I am new to this forum and am the new product owner of our ServiceNOW PPM module, trying to learn more about it's capabilities.  I watched a video that shows a user should be able to export a roadmap visual to PowerPoint however I don't have that in my 3 Dots menu and it looks like I'm also missing another button (looks like a download button) on my Portfolio Planning Workspace on the right pane.  See attached screenshot of what I see in training videos.    Is there something we missed during installation?  I am on Xanadu.  Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

Hi @tag9trogers ,

To make the export possible, you need to install "Install Export to PowerPoint for Strategic Portfolio Management"
