In Strategic Planning Workspace, I have used portfolio lens and created a portfolio plan with Sales as the portfolio. The list of demands/projects is 20, however, only 5 are pulling into my list on the portfolio plan. I do not have any conditions applied and the date range for the portfolio plan does encompass the approved start/approved end and start and due date on demand. What is missing for all the correct demands/projects to pull into view?

Hi @Maddie Wolf ,
Thanks for contacting the community.
You have already checked the dates so I won't repeat that point.
In this scenario, there could be two possible reasons:
1) Execution tables and Alignment tables are not in sync
2) Project is created from these demands (15 missing demands in this case): Once the project is created using demand, the demand is not shown rather the project will be shown on the Strategic Planning Workspace and this is expected behaviour.
To fix the first point, follow below steps:
All -> Strategy Planning -> Integrations
Click on ServiceNow Internal and select Import
Populate the From date based on from when you want to sync the planning items from execution to alignment tables
Leave the To Date "as is" - ideally before today.
You will get a message similar to the one shown in below screenshot.... Then refresh the list and all the demands should be visible in the Strategic Planning Workspace.
I have created a video for your reference.
If this resolves the issue, please mark the response as correct to help me and others in the community.
Happy Weekend & Happy SPM Learning !!
Thank You!

Hi @Namita Mishra ! Thanks for the video and response. Looks like #1 fixed the issue, Execution tables and Alignment tables were not in sync. With your helpful instructions, I was able to add and continue working with the SPW. Thanks again!
